Did they remove Mind Drain, i dont see it in the Telepathy power set ?

alright i found it, using the search filter, its odd that its not open, i have more than 3 powers. if i picked up resurgence do i really need Mind Drain ? I also don't see Mental Precision?

Mind Drain is an unlockable power at the scr store, it isn't automatic. Mental precision is a telekinesis power.

Resurgence is a large burst self-heal and an Active Defense that scales w/ maxHP and gives you a regen effect for a brief time, but has a 90sec base cd. It's not going to fill the same niche as something like Mind Drain, which is a spammable Lifedrain-styled heal that scales w/ normal healing bonuses and can be made to heal nearby allies.
