Hello. I was curious to know if a force/electricity dps build would play well. I know force is still outdated but was wondering about the possibilities of mixing it with another powerset.
Keep Ball Lit up for the toggle/form and EU procs, and use Force Blast to bide time for energy to build and proc Preemptive Strike for a bigger FC. Hopefully you'll have high/capped energy when you use charged FC (End gearing and Power Conversion can help w/ that). You can opt for Ball Lit + LStorm if you want some non-scattering AoE. Gears mostly for End, w/ some Rec and Dex (Growth mods and Hardened can also give you some extra maxHP, in the place of Con SS).
Hi, I am struggling with making a cosmic tank build. This is what I have so far, if you scrap it and or tweak it to make it cosmic worthy I would be grateful..

Anyways, it looks like just a regular Might tank, and you could have just searched for a recent thread on it, but since it seems that you're new to the forums I'll just give you a basic build that you can edit however ya want:
Shockwave is your wide AoE for tagging and corralling trash. Defense Combo can give you a dmg shield while still procing Enrage, and can cleave nearby enemies in AoE. Haymaker is your heavy hitting single-target attack, and Unleashed Rage w/ adv can apply some extra burst threat on top. Conviction and Endorphin Rush can help you heal, and R3 Masterful Dodge gives you a large mitigation cd. You'll also prob want a ranked block enhancer, so I threw that in w/ Retaliation. Gears mostly for Con, w/ some Str and Rec.
