Ice/DPS help

Like the title say can someone help me to make an Ice dps build, and if it help I'm planning to make a polar bear hero.

The open power slots can be w/e ya want, but feel free to ask for further suggestions.

I included Snowball Roll just cause it seems too fitting, but obv that's optional as a TP. Anyways, for single-target dps, it puts up Chilled and Hard Frost w/ Ice Blast, uses Ice Spear as it's main attack, and uses Ice Blast to refresh both debuffs (Frost Breath an also be used to put up a quick Chilled stack, if desired). Rimefire can be used back-to-back if/when Chilled and CFlames are on the target for a bit of burst dps. Frost Breath can be the main AoE (I chose it over Avalanche cause it seemed more fitting for a beast, but you can use Avalanche instead and re-order the powers), and Ice Cage can interrupt and be used as an initiation/distraction tool on trash. Gears mostly for Ego, w/ some Con and End.
