A Peacebringer Build

This is a Homage build to City of Heroes. Obviously I can't shapeshift, so that's out. I was thinking of mixing Force and Might. I know that knockback and melee don't mix to well, but lets do it anyways. This will be for fun. Here's the website:

Well, if part of the theme is Celestial, then you don't necc have to deal w/ many knockbacks there. I assume the melee weapon being used here is closest to CO's Heavy Weapons? Or would you want to use something like Laser Sword instead? Also, is the main focus here going to be melee or ranged?

is celestial ranged dps possible. i'm not sure I want to make another healer ?

Celestial isn't very good for personal dps atm, though you can buff ally dmg via spec debuffs- so it can be a great team player.

I gave you Particle Wave partly for theme (so you still have an ability that uses a weapon) but also cause it can help AoE by clumping up enemies for Vengeance follow-ups. Rebuke can be used as a long-ranged nuke or heal, and charged Vengeance can be used as your main nuke (and it can put up debuffs like Vuln, Wither, Trapped, and Sent Mastery). Expulse gives you a healing rune; I included the KB adv for theme, but to prevent the scatter KB you can just get R3 instead. Gears mostly for Int, w/ some Con and Pres.

Sure thing, bud.

Oh, and I forgot to mention that the Wisp can be used to buff and debuff, and help proc Conjuring (it'll also combo w/ Ascension's Judgement adv). And if you're leveling w/ the build, then you may want to get Particle Wave earlier for the combo on trash w/ Vengeance (PWave's Illuminate adv can proc Conjuring too, as well as proc Concentration when far enough away), but it's up ultimately to you how to refine the power order.
