You'll hit the hotkey and the fireworks begins. Then 1 our of 3 or 4 times you hit the button it spurts for less than a second then stops and goes on cooldown.
I can't replicate this. Since it's a toggle and not a maintain, make sure you aren't accidentally canceling it early, or running out of energy (since that will ofc cancel it early too).
Hm, that's possible. Not really sure as I don't have those devices to test, but I don't think it's an issue w/ the power itself as I'm still not seeing any such issues when further testing it.
In my experience the device version of the thing is a maintain instead of a toggle, for no good reason.
Because the original fire all weapons was a maintain, if I recall correctly. It was changed later to a toggle. I don't think the device version was ever updated in this fashion.
