With that video as an inspiration and from movies like The Warriors, I present to you guys - Millennium City Gang War. Maniacs, Purple Gang, Black Aces, Cult of the Red Banner, Cobra Lords (even though they got some action from the Death Rattle series) are tired of sticking to their corners. It's time to see who really can hold down West Side. VIPER, PSI and Argent are too big to bother with petty Westside stuff. But not Kevin Poe. Not Hi-Pan. Not the Maniacs. Not the Cobra Lords or the Black Aces. It's going to go down, and go down hard. You are tasked to help MCPD control the situation! Oh and I hear Vibora Bay's getting a bit antsy too.

New costumes, new auras, new event. Could even play into the second serial series but make it to deal with some alien arms dealers - like Malvans, Sirians, etc. Some evil alien empire that is looking for the right puppet Earth leaders to represent the new outpost for the empire. It leads to an all new alien attack Rampage where you have to stop invading alien forces who are trying to eliminate all the heroes. Forge begrudged alliances with villains trying to stop the aliens from taking over Earth!

Sometimes, Area 51 storms us. What starts as a gang war in Millennium City and Vibora Bay becomes an intergalactic brawl.

That's a cool idea, and after what Hi-Pan did to them, the trust between the gangs are completely gone. Black Aces, Cobra Lords, and Maniacs are all under new leaders, since Hi-Pan killed their old ones. An all out gang war for control of Westside would make sense.
