    there's no way they'd license that. So we'd at best get something similar but different.

    For obvious reasons. I didn't felt like I needed to mention they should not use the exact same name and model. Any two seater with a rocket and flux capacitor at the back may do. They could put like Juryrig's blender or something on it.
