Well, it looks like a Defense Combo reskin that doesn't have extra threat built in and deals Magic dmg? Seems like it can proc Brawler's Setup, but not Warden Mastery nor Arbiter Mastery. I guess I'd take advantage of Setup procs to pair w/ another charged melee attack, and throw in a source of Hexed. It's not going to be too powerful on its own cause it's like a r1 combo, afaik, but just for fun:
Keeps Hex up, and basically alternates between the gauntlets and the charged attack (here, DC) for single-targets. Things like sigils and/or Pillar could be nice to throw in when up-close as well. Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Con and Int.

Well, it's nice that Defense Combo will be losing its innate threat (always thought its anim was a great general-purpose one) but that's still pretty cool to hear about for the device.
