Its a bit lacking in self-heals and defenses. Here's how I may build a Fire tank that takes the dual-passive approach:

Flashfire can be used when tanking for Challenge when also using Incinerate (which doesn't have Challenge on it), while Firebreath can be your wide tagging AoE when tanking (tapping it can also apply Challenge at any time). Conflag (AoE), Incendiary Grenade (debuffs), and Incinerate (single-target) can all be safely used in dps mode (none of them will draw extra threat via Challenge). Gears mostly for Con, w/ some Rec (in dps mode, you can gear more for Rec). Some End could also help w/ TReverb energy, and/or more Dex for crits.

Fireball's AoE reach is a bit small, so I may use a diff AoE for tagging. Could also restructure the build a bit and get Flashfire w/ FtF instead of Firestrike. You could also consider getting a mitigation AD, though ofc Resurgence is still a strong heal to have. The core of the build looks pretty good overall, either way.

Thanks for the feedback. I'd like to keep Firestrike as a long rage tag. What do you think of Firebreath instead of Fireball? Nice thing about FBall is that at full charge it is a minor alpha strike

Firebreath is fine, or Pyre, or Conflag. Any of them can have a bit better reach than Fireball. But if you wanted to keep Fireball for the opener, then maybe adding Challenge on Absorb Heat could be nice. Even though it's a cd, it does have a 25ft radius pbAoE component. Up to you, though, as there's a good amount of ways to approach building a Fire tank now.
