Meet Herman Schwartz, former agent of V.I.P.E.R.

Just an average schmuck that was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Recruited by V.I.P.E.R. for about a day before being captured. Now marked as a traitor and forced to work with U.N.T.I.L.

He has no powers, he's not a highly trained soldier, he's not billionaire with a technological mind. He's just a guy with a V.I.P.E.R. issued gun, and highly skilled at running and hiding.

I gave him Night Warrior for his hiding, and Athletics for his running. But, as you see in the video, the Athletics bugged, allowing him to use his "Average" run stance as his Travel Power. I think this needs to be a permanent option for all the "Not so heroic" heroes out there. Just a TP that increases the movement speed, and jump, of what ever stance your currently using for your character, without changing the animation.
