I may just opt to use Arcane Vit as the main direct ally heal (can imagine your gauntlets are dispensing a medical solution), add Bionic Shielding (can help w/ preemptive healing or tank healing, plus its thematic; alternative choice could be Protection Field), and maybe use Elec Current for spammable AoE.
