Batman Build

Since I'm waiting on the Wind Build. I'm watching the original Batman movie with Micheal Keaton. I think i'll pick up boomerang and Thundering Kicks to start. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in Advance.

    Ricochet Throw can be charged from Sneak for a heavy AoE opener to sweep up trash with, and as a general spam-able ranged AoE. TKicks can put up Demolish, while DU is your main single-target attack. Inex Tides can AoE/CC when up-close and quickly refresh Demolish. Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Con.

    thanks for the build. i was wondering if you could give me a PA build that batman might use. probably wrist bolter, or ill keep boomerang toss as the opener.

    PA Batman? Uh.. I dunno what you kinda theme want from that (PA is generally split between energy/beam-based attacks and ballistic weapons). Also, Wrist Bolter is an energy builder, so its not an important power overall.. unless maybe you want to use its AA adv in a slotted PA build (as the Hand slot).

    To me Batman in Power Armor sounds like.

    Off tank or at least high defense.

    Might (strength augmenting or at least one might or a MA power for an armor assisted punch)

    Claw (or single/dual blade attack with invisible weapon skin) for bladed or razer edge "BAT Bracers".

    Tactical Missile and Binding Shot - one attach and one support/utility type power from "BAT Gauntlet"

    Retractable wings or a key bind that when using flight changes build to a costume with "BAT Wing" like back costume piece.

    Energy Shield for High Tech "BAT Shield" (To bad cannot change shape or have emblem on it) {Wish list. A might or gadget block enhancer with Energy Shield animation but instead of a geo energy shield, a shield or Bucker (from a drop down menu in power window) appears.

    Self heal, self rez, and some AO and AD

    Okay, that's all interesting, but I guess we should distinguish between PA as the formal powerset in CO, and 'PA' as a concept for heroes in general (since some of those powers are in MA and Gadgeteering). I'm not sure if he wants a PA powerset build, but I guess not strictly one.

    That's not much to go on atm. But I guess w/ Tac Missiles you don't want a normal slotted PA build. Maybe add Rocket Punch for AoE (if he can shoot a mechanical fist), Binding Shot, and some other cd-based power(s) for MSA? I also assume he won't be as stealth-based, so maybe go for Targeting Computer if you want a dps build:

    Conviction, Binding Shot, and the 2 On-Next Hit powers can help proc MSA and add various extra things to the build. Uses Tac Missiles for single-target and Rocket Punch for AoE. Gears mostly for Int, w/ some Con and Dex.
