To keep it simple, looking for both a classic werewolf/wolfman build and a darkness-based "vampire".

The ATs for the feral predator types look like a good starting point for the hairy howler but could use some building up.
I have almost no experience working with Darkness powerset for the lifesucker, so once again I turn to the forums for advice.

Puts up Shredded and bleeds w/ Shred, and uses Thrash as its main filler- taping Evis every 1-2 channels to refresh debuffs and proc AotB. AoE can be mostly w/ Epidemic, but Shred can also cleave. The Darkness stuff is mostly there for theme, but the powers also have some utility overall. Gears mostly for Str, w/ some Con and End/Rec.

Interesting build. It seems a little scattered, but so was my request for help.

I think I miscommunicated my intent. I was looking at two builds: a werewolf build, and a darkness build themed as a vampire (without the biting and mind control). I apologize for any confusion.

A thrash build may indeed be the best for the wolfman, claws and teeth are the main way to handle things for the fuzzy f***er.

The other was more of a shadowy soul sucker, so Life Drain (or whichever its called), more of a ranged character than up close.

I took Venom Breath as the AoE, since it gives you larger coverage than something like Frenzy- hopefully its thematic enough, else you can just take Frenzy. Gears mostly for Str, w/ some Con and End/Rec.

There's a good number of ways to make a Darkness build now. Perhaps make a Pres-based one w/ Shadow Manifest as the toggle for a mix of a dmg and healing boost, and provide some minor support functions (to make it a bit diff than a full Darkness dps build):

SEmbrace is the main AoE, and Mental Leech can support it. LDrain can heal you and nearby allies, mainly when facing bosses since SEmbrace's adv also heals you (though not others) when AoEing trash. Alternates between SBlast and ERuin for single-target dps. Last power can be w/e ya want. Gears mostly for Pres, w/ some Con and Ego or Rec.
