Up close, you can AoE w/ the Flamethrower and add the fire Grenade for debuffs. For single-target dps, you can more rely on AR. Gatling Gun gives you a longer-range AoE option and can put up Armor Piercing for AR (once AP is put up w/ Gatling, all it takes it tapping Gatling again to refresh AP). The last few powers can be w/e ya want. If you want more AoE CC, you can get the stun adv on Flamethrower (though for less dps from it) Gears mostly for Ego, w/ some Con and Rec.
