Light and Dark power help needed

Hey, so uh yeah. I got back into the game, and frankly, I found my old character is no longer doing any good any more.

Since I was granted a free retcon token, I'd be looking for an up-to-date, viable freeform build in the concepts of "Light and Darkness" or "Shadowflame". Mainly PvE focused, as I usually am not really into PvP. (might not be able to obtain the necessary armors and such though).

Main attacks are the Darkness ones- alternating between SBlast and ERuin for single-targets, and using SEmbrace for AoE. Conduit can be used to heal you or allies, and also to dmg enemies w/ Illuminate on them, and Expulse can put down a healing rune and get enemies off you. You can also trade the self-res for an ally res, if you want. Gears mostly for Ego, w/ some Con and Rec.
