    The Shoulders are Project Clockwork , the dome-like head covering is actually a back piece called Armadillo. If you actually mean the head rather than that piece then I can make out the Night Visor mouth Accessory and the Animatronic Top Accessory. The image is a bit small for me to make out the rest
