I dunno how heavily you want to rely on the chains, but you can make a ranged Infernal chain build. For more info you can see this recent thread:

Wisp is for debufing, Lash is for single targets, and the Cyclone is for AoE. You can tap the Lariat for the self-heal, or charge it if you want to lower enemy dmg w/ Fester. Crip Coils can CC, ground flying enemies, and provide a small heal. Gears mostly for Ego, w/ some Con and End/Rec.
