Generic Electric Build

Playing around with just your standard Electric build. I've seen some hero's around that seems to devastate large groups, and wanted to see what that would look like. (the one that come to mind was during the nightmare event where someone was basically hovering in the center of the portal and would wipe out anything that spawned in moments, making it easy to keep the area clear.)

Want it to be useful at cosmics, so should still have good single target DPS.

I guess it kinda depends on the range you're normally fighting, cause of the up-close nature of the majority of your AoE dmg, and for heals like Elec Siphon (vs. just getting Conviction). Similar thing w/ Electrocute vs. Chain Lit for Superconductor (former is fine for debuff and hold, but isn't long-range like the latter).

Regardless, I would rank up the block enhancer more- maybe even get it to R3 somehow. I may also get Guardian instead of Avenger, though the latter is still fine (Anguish is kinda weak; I guess that could be Offensive Expertise instead). Imbue, LNL, or Ice Sheath would also add more burst dps than Elec Sheath, though you'd lose the minor shield adv. I may also get Aggressive Stance over Initiative, esp if using a gear bonus w/ offense. Overall, it looks okay for a glass cannon build (assuming energy is fine w/ Outburst uptime), though it could maybe use some survival boosts here and there.

(oh, and you forgot to pick a mastery. I assume its using End Mastery?)
