Rogers Syrup

Thor meets Captain America. I'm looking for a build that mixes Heavy Weapons/Electricity.

Brimstone seems to be very fitting visually, so I'll def include that in the build. Here's one way to mix the sets:

    Vindicator: Mass Destruction (2/3)
    Mastery: Strength Mastery (1/1)

(can take Cleave early on if leveling w/ it, and train out of it later when Brimstone/Annihilate become available)

Eruption puts up CFlames (to boost Annihilate's dmg). TStrike can add another self-heal on tap, and can be used as a ranged attack too. The lunge, Eruption, and TStrike can proc MSA here, though much of the extra energy comes from Unstoppable + Rec + knocks. Annihilate is the main single-target attack, and Brimstone is the main AoE attack. If you want to use something other than Annihilate (for variety), you could take Skullcrusher w/ adv, though its quite less base dps (Skewer w/ adv could also fit, though it works much easier w/ FotTiger + Dex instead of Enrage + Str). Gears mostly for Str, w/ some Con and Rec.

ok, i'm trying this character again. I'm wondering pulverizer vs. molecular self-assembly?

Yea, Pulverizer is a good replacement EU here. ERush is also no longer tied to Enrage, but aside from those, the build is still good for the theme.
