Well, if your rotation is alternating between SBlast and Defile, then Devoid doesn't have as much use, since it won't buff Defile. Also depending on your rotation, you may want to further rank SBlast, and if you still want to throw in DCollapse for DoT dmg, then you may not need it to refresh Fear (or Devoid) and can buff its base dmg w/ normal ranks. Although Rec is fine for boosting base energy, Rec also doesn't really scale up anything here (Conjuring and Conc will scale w/ Int), and having both Venom Breath and Shade Storm is a bit redundant.

Avenger Mastery may also have a low proc rate for single-target dps, again depending on your rotation (and gear, since that mastery is tied to crit rate). A rotation using heavy charged attacks may also be better off w/ NW, at least for single-target dps.

There can be many things to refine here, but I'm a bit unsure because there's also many ways to combine Darkness and Infernal. So, what powers in particular would you like to use the most here?

I plan to use Defile and Shade Storm as a my main attacks. SBlast w/Devoid + DCollapse will be the setup for Shade Storm and SBlast would proc Preemptive Strike on Avenger tree to boost Defile for single targets

It may be easier/faster many times to not bother setting up w/ a weaker single-target blast and then spreading the debuff. It could depend on the content, but I wouldn't necc get debuffs just for AoE. Regardless, if you are alternating between SBlast and Defile for single targets (I assume also throwing out the Wisp and DC), then you may want to fully rank the blast. Ideally you'd tap it, and then ranking is less important; however, if you need to charge it due to energy issues then you prob want to fully rank it (can help when Mastery procs anyways).

Its kinda tough to say outright cause your 'rotation' can depend on your energy management, crit rate, and thus also on gear level. Venom Breath is still a bit redundant too, but I guess if you really valued a wide cone stun then you could keep it.
