QoL For Controller Users

If anything, I'd love a QoL For understanding how to bind a key safely on Controllers.
For example:
Controller users struggle heavily in Healing more than any role and having a button (Suggesting: Default Left on D-Pad since it doesn't have one) would help tremendously in our efforts.
Personally speaking, I use gamepad/xbox one controller on all PC games with no issue and do very well in MMOs and shooters including WoW, GW2, Wildstar, Borderlands, Battlefield, and the list goes on and on. I won't get used to Mouse and Keyboard, i do not like it at all.
