Vigilance Mission Completions Disappeared

I started the Vigilance chain on 7 characters last week with Grab the Money. They all completed the missions and had the credit for them showing in the Vigilance register. However, when I went to use them today for Green Snake all evidence that they had started Vigilance and completed GtM had disappeared. Pretty unhappy about that.
