Continue placing "old weapon skins" and costume unlocks on the Nemesis vendor

Last year the Nemesis Vendor and Nemess recog got changed and many new pieces and old weapon skins where added to it.
and suddenly it stopped.
There are still missing old weapon skins like the qularr gun or the gadroon smg, aswell as the Alien Organic Axe among others
