Excessive SNR's and disconnects

My roommate, running on the same wifi, and IP, on an identical game-rig with identical network and game settings as my own, is suffering constant SNRs and frequently being disconnected from game, dropping back to the login screen. We have run diagnostics and checked for malware, rootkits, and viruses, but found no culprit or clue.
