I can't get the CO Launcher to apear

Haven't played Champions in a while and the Arc Launcher seems to not be working for me. Do I need to install something new or what?

    Try reinstalling I have to restart my pc when I want to run it cause If my pc is on for a few hours champions online doesnt launcher doesnt even start without restart
