'Scared' or 'terrified' emote?

I mostly see it as an effect when you fight the Trick Or Treat monsters for the 'Trickery!' mission, but I know other mob factions can drop it on you as well.

Does anyone know if this emote is available for us to use? If so, where?

I like the head aura thing that comes with this condition..... would be a good aura for psychic powers or a danger sense

it isn't available as an emote; it's just something that occurs while you're afflicted by the feared debuff​​

also you can inflict it with the Boo! device thingy.

if you can take the power 'cower', it makes you frightened, and plays that emote/effect you are talking about (and also wipes threat from the 10 nearest foes, if i recall correctly). mostly, i get it for the animation.
