Shred and Reaper's Caress Theme Compatibility adv

This is something that's been on my mind for a while, but now that I switched from Enrage to a Dex based form I decided to write it down.
Shred's chance to apply Bleed is doubled if you are affected by Enrage, whereas Reaper's Caress chance is double if you are affected by Focus.
My suggestion is to give both skills a 2 point advantage that allows you to switch this around, ie. with advantage Shred's chance to apply Bleed is no longer doubled by Enrage, but it's doubled by Focus; and the opposite for Reaper's Caress.
The 2 point cost to avoid it being overpowered, since most builds do not have the 2 points to spare in favor of theme.
