Fix swinging's landing animation.

As stated in the title, swinging seems to have a landing animation that only triggers if you glitch it, or if you happen to lag out when you land, and only seems to happen if your pressing space at the time, here I read the mechanon article in front of caprice then went around using swinging, it does the animation whenever i hit space.

I'd love to see this animation work properly, would make the power a lot more fun.
