Make Hydra's Lava Pit a Burning Effect

Probably won't happen with bigger fish to fry for changes/updates and power balancing... Buuut, it would be nice if the Hydra power's Lava Pit could be added to the list of Burning Effects that work with Unstable Accelerant. It's basically a variant of Pyre Patch.

    Perhaps this was an oversight since the Fire Revamp was so rushed, there are still broken powers since then
    Hydra counting as a fire patch makes perfect sense,​​
