New Burst

Current Bursts have no real variety when compared to other Alerts. You have two choices and that is it. So how about a new Burst Alert to throw into the cycle. I suggest a Nemesis Burst that is set on Monster Island or in Canada that has the Nemesis use Dryasha to enhance everyone sort of like in some of the missions. It could also feature the VIPER big bads like Ripper, Viper X, Draconis etc when it is not being run by your Nem.

There's a LOT of named Viper goons in CO so it'd not be too hard to have a decent variety.
