I am mainly going by particular templates but mainly this is what I am working on. The dual wrist rockets and summoning shadows are merely thematic. The rest generally work around a rotation of frag grenade to provide the dots and debuffs with two gun mojo for the heavy constant hitting. Fire all weapons is just a standin for Standoff once I do get it.

However the rest I am not too sure of. Let alone what gear to put in. I have been out of it for months so I am just struggling to see what I can put in that can still be a viable build right now.

Any advice would be great.

Well, Wrist Rockets will lockout most non-PA slotted powers when its in use, so I prob wouldn't recommend getting it. You could instead take something like Bullet Hail or Lead Tempest for easy AoE. Otherwise, the basic foundation of the build is fine for TGM-based dps. BCR/RR + MD is a good combo, though keep in mind that BCR will lower your base dmg while its up. I also would find R3 of Resurgence to be over-heal usually, so you can save 2 adv points there.

Otherwise, your gearing focus should be on Dex here due to Sharpshooter. If you want more advice on the gear to aim for, Kamo's end-game dps guide briefly outlines that in its appendix:
