Bind for aura and travel power

Is there a way to activate an aura when you activate your travel power? I don't like having the aura on all the time, just for combat, but it would look great when using my travel power too, but I haven't seen a command syntax example for that.

The travel power is Jet Pack (with no pack installed, so I just hover) and the aura is ebon destruction.

Is this possible?

Not in general. You can play tricks with builds, but they won't work reliably.
