Ice Powerset

I think the Ice Powerset would benefit from more support abilities like healing, a support passive and heals like Warmth but tailored to ice framework and snowmen pets. I also think that the Ice powerset could benefit by turning Mist Form into a functional travel power on its own without it being apart of powerset cause it doesn't really offer much in a combative context.

I always thought Ice would make a good defensive support. Constructing icy objects to reduce incoming damage much like its AD does, but for allies too. As well as crowd control. I would love to see Ice Support take the Hearth passive and replace the minor heal over time with an IDF like effect.

Ice already has team buff/heal stuff. So it makes sense really.
