Patch times

I'm UTC and the patch time states 14:00-17:00, But its 17:34? Gone over time or am I just being a dumb dumb?

    If it was extended, that would explain the extra wait time, due to the fact that PWE/Cryptic do not always tell us when they are extending maintance. Oh well.
