    I would normally use TK Lance, just cause its easier to build around and use than TKA. But if you want a TKA build, then that's fine. Here's how I'd prob make one:

    TKA scales its dmg w/ Ego Leech stacks, and TK Burst and TK Maelstrom can give you EL stacks when AoEing trash (and when hitting objects). TK Strike can build EL and Stress as well, but its more suited to longer fights vs. single targets (and it can't proc Conc or Chilled Form if something is in your face). TK Shards can refresh both EL and Stress for you, and once you buildup to 5x EL and 3x Stress, you can just hit TK Shards in between TKA channels for single-target dps.

    One issue here (aside from the Stress buildup w/ TK Strike, which can be prolonged) is that TK Burst is limited to 50ft. Its still a decent AoE (and you may be moving in close to AoE w/ TK Maelstrom anyways), but if you want a long-range AoE then that would be via TK Barrage.

    Gears mostly for Ego, w/ some Con and Rec.

    For a TKL build, I'd prob use Mental Precision and a Dex focus (though Conc or Chilled Form can work, keeping in mind TK Strike won't proc them if things are too close), and not much else needs to change:

    TK Barrage could be TK Burst for the AoE slot, if you wish. Main single-target rotation is to alternate between full TK Strike combos and charged TKL. Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Con and Rec.
