1. I need help making a laser sword dps build please. Intelligence primary, con and endurance . I tried intel.dex con but energy was a huge huge issue. Going for stats 400 plus Intel, 150 to 200 con end. Or 400 plus Intel 150 con 150dex and 100 end...if able to solve energy issue. Prefer night warrior as my offensive as well.

One for dpsing in cosmics and ta. And the other for standard game content and off tanking in TA or when I solo areas like q zone for dailies

Not a huge fan of tanking w/ Int PSS, but it can work I suppose- as long as you are good at blocking knock attempts and heavy hits. I went w/ Defiance cause you get much more energy when tanking, and you can save 4 adv points (nice for dual passive builds)- but you can take R3 Invuln instead if you really want it. Also went w/ Unstoppable (or Quantum Stabilizer, or WotW) cause you already have DVuln from Int PSS (neither it nor NW can take resist past 0%). Uses Lightspeed Strike when energy is lower, and throws in Lume Slash when energy is abundant. When tanking, throw in Lightwave Slash for Challenge periodically (can also be ur main AoE when offtanking).
Your tanking gear should have mostly Con and some Int & End, while the dps gear has more Int (and maybe more crit_severity, instead of confront mods).
And yea, the +dmg utility mod is good for a dps and threat boost.
