Loading Screen Lock?

Anyone else have a similar problem to this? The game isn't frozen per say, but I'm stuck at the loading screen for an alert. I close the game, sign back in, and it says I'm going into the Vibora Bay Alert again, but the loading goes to about 7/10 full and just stays there. music playing in the background and everything. I can't play on Flare.
