Like if I equip Agate or Amp on one toon, can they be sent to another toon on the same account?

    LMAO, yep & it was on the description. So I made a double whammy; made an unnecessary thread and did not read the device before equipping it.

    It happens. I had a friend in another game ask a silly question similiar to your question. I gave him the description of the item, and told him that the item says it itself. He was...embarrassed. So, it happens, even I have done that before.
