I am trying to make a Paladin Minatar from a fantasy world that was pulled here by mistake. He needs to be tough and can solo endgame stuff as I have yet to find a super group and none of my real life friends play, I know shame on them lol. His god is the of the sun so fire powers would work bit not absolutely necessary and I would like to use weapons heavy, two weapon or single sword are all fine as long as they help me live. And may a head butt but don t think it would work well with anything just a hoping it might.
Will take functionality over thematic if it means I can solo end game stuff. Sorry for the long post and thanks for any help. I am working on something now in the hero builder and if I get it done I will post it up here to see if I am on the right track.

I went w/ Skullcrusher instead of Annihilation here just cause I figured it would fit a minotaur better. If you want more optimal dps on knock-immune bosses, then take Annihilate w/ its Scorching adv instead.
If starting out, you'll want to get Cleave instead of Eruption, and then re-train out of Cleave when you get a few more levels to get access to other spammable attacks (like Arc or Skullcrusher). Eruption puts up Clinging Flames for Thermal Reverb to work, Arc can be the main AoE and taps of it can debuff for Crushing/Fire dmg and refresh CFLames, while Skullcrusher is the main single-target attack. Included plenty of heals and defensive moves to fall back on, and went w/ the defensive passive + Hybrid role route to be tankier (though its quite less dps vs. a committed dps build). Gears mostly for Str, w/ some Con and End.
Also, if you want to add the Headbutt power in Might for theme, then go ahead. It can serve as extra CC w/ the stun, but you'd have to replace one of the listed powers for it. Could also change the lunge from Decimate to Mighty Leap, as that could look more like a 'charge'- instead of using the weapon.
