Launcher connection issues

Recently, my CO Launcher has trouble connecting to the server. It timesout and now it says "Unable to connect to account server". I checked my internet connection and there was no problem. I even checked to see if anyone in my household was downloading something,
CO is the only game I'm currently having trouble connecting with.

Are other players outside of US having the same problem?

    I've been getting that in and out of game, currently asked tech support for ISP I'm getting unstable connection for days now and outage in the area (Doesn't explain the problems persisting for the last ~2 Months!) so I'm seeing if they get back to me about a solution, personally CO isn't that encouraging for me lately anyways, along with living in this world...
