Night Warrior power decision

So, putting together a Bestial Supernatural Night Warrior DPS (chains and whips and *spluck* oh, is this your spleen?), and I'm trying to pick a threat wipe to maximize use of Shadow Strike. The question being, do I run with a more generalized, slower recharging power (Smoke Bomb, Evasive Maneuvers+Sleight Of Mind, Palliate+Absolve, Cower), or something single target and faster (Entrancing, Mind Wipe, Blinding Light)? Thoughts from the community?

OK, Cower is pretty much the bottom of the list: taking a 10% damage debuff before my big damage spike is sort of silly.

It kinda depends on the situation. Stealth from any threat wipe is nice, but if ur out solo then any inc dmg you take can easily break any of them early. I may not bother w/ it for solo play if you just want it for the stealth bonuses (and not the threat wipe portion)- perhaps w/ the exception of something like Magician's Dust, since the AoE placate can stop enemies from attacking and NW's Sneak can kick in naturally. Just keep in mind that you technically lose dps uptime when playing like this, so it may not be worth it anyways.

Maybe for something like RThrow its a bit of a different, since its ranged and doesn't have a cd. With NW's Sneak you could throw two stealth openers back-to-back by weaving the threat wipe in-between, w/ less threat of inc dmg breaking one early.

In groups its a diff story, and I guess it doesn't really matter much as long as ur not taking dmg. Technically you'd want a shorter cd one to match Shadow Strike's cd if you want to use the latter often. Some threat wipes have a delay before the stealth kicks in (and that can be range-dependent), but you can use that to ur advantage and start charging Shadow Strike early so the stealth kicks in near the end of it and you can transition back to ur normal attacks smoothly. You can practice that on test dummies, if you'd like.
