Created the toon's look, then tried to create a build for it. Looking to annoy the enemy. Hold, knockdowns, etc. That it helps the team is a bonus. Hoping I can survive on solo content as well as group play. How'd I do? I am not married to any powers, stats, or specs, all are subject to be changed. I may not bring Hybrid auras to Cosmics, cause Support auras are better for large teams, but it should be fine for most other content. SBlast helps put up Fear & Devoid (and can stun Feared targets), while ERuin gives you a good single-target dps attack.
