Bubbles! Build

Im having troubles remembering that one build i used to use as a healer. It's basically spamming bubbles over and over again without energy issues, i would like advices on what to put or what to replace. and cause i couldn't find any builds that revolves around spamming Protection field and Mindful reinforcement.

Very weak offenses here, so its pretty much a devoted healer build. Gears mostly for Pres, w/ some Con and Int.
