Inventory bag bug

Sometimes when I press the up key, an inventory bag pops up. I close it, but it will reappear when I change instance, enter a building, start a mission, etc. How do I stop it?

    It may be a good idea to check your Key Binds under Options and make sure that the key isn't bound to do that. Alternatively, find a character unaffected by the issue, open up the HUD tab under Options and Save UI. Transfer back to the other character and then Load UI from the same tab. It replicates bindings and everything, so that should solve the issue.​​

    Quit the game and start it up again. If there is another solution, I would love to know because I hate it when that happens. Or, a bug fix would be ideal.​​

    type "/Lootcancel" in the chat box without quotes.
