I did said that the build's a WIP. Anyway, do you have an advantage in particular for Eldritch Blast? Also, should I replace Spellcaster with Concentration?

You could use an Avenger Mastery build w/ Spellcaster, so fast charges of the Blast can proc the form for you in-between Soul Beam channels. Since Spellcaster already supplies an Enchantment buff, I'd take either the Jinx or Hexed advs for Eld Blast to Curse (Jinxed gives you minor CC and a dmg debuff; Chant can allow you to refresh Hexed from >50ft after apply it w/ Hex of Suffering).
