a rather simple request born out of a joke i made while fighting kigatilik earlier
i'd like to see a rolled-up newspaper slap device in the same vein as the trout slap we already have - and maybe some perks for using it X times on canid-based enemies like Dogz, Kigatilik's Wolves, etc.
but if that can't be done, i'd settle for the device
