Electric/Fire Healer

Inspired by Foxi! Okay, just because why not, I had to make an Elect/Fire Healer. Mainly, I can't stand plain healers, and this seems like a fun alternative. I also added in the Spec debuffs because my thought is that the faster the bad guy is dead, the less I have to worry about healing. I tried to cover most cases. The Rune and Illumination for ongoing heal ticks, Iniquity for the tank, and then the Elect and Fire heals for massive effect. I took AoAC as my passive because it seems to be a favorite and as a healer, the passive is fairly irrelevant for me. At a 312 Pre, the Electrical Siphon heals 3200 HP per NI Stack. My main concern is that I'm going to be REALLY busy rotating powers. I tried to take as many multi-purpose powers as possible for maximum efficiency. My main concern is that I'm going to be REALLY busy rotating powers. Here is the build, input is welcome.

Its a bit of a weird build, but it could work as a close-range AoE healer. It may have energy issues w/o an EU, tho, and whether its too 'busy' will kinda just depend on the encounter's demands, I guess.

Both of them are AoE heals. I'm actually trying for a fire/elec healer as well though mine's going more purist so it's throwing in more fire/elec attacks to back up with damage dealing.

AoAC's going to help a lot with making Absorb Heat/Elec Siphon more accessible, which is a big point since both of those currently are the only heals in the game that can entirely whiff.

Elec Siphon's Negative Ions consumption counts as a circuit complete, so I'd heavily endorse using Ionic Reverb for that. If you pair it with Elec Current + Unlimited Power, you'll both never have any kind of energy issues ever and then also can just apply Negative Ions on command with one tap.

Electrical Siphon is a powerful AOE heal if you have Presence. The problem is learning how to use it. It only heals in a rather limited 25ft area around the caster. So it can appear that it's not working if team members are spread about.

In situations like fighting Kigatillik, I"ve found it very useful. As everyone clumps together and doesn't move much. In fights where the team is spread out over a large area - it's not as useful. Unless you are hanging close with a bunch of melee users.

Personally, I'd use a build like Vex as more of a heal tank. Up close and personal in melee range. All of the heals in that build seem ideal for keeping tanks and melee dps alive.

I'm still amazed they are doing a Fire revamp. Especially before sets that need it more like Telepathy and Earth.
