Cursed Assault and Tempest Damage

I was trying out this build in PH and the parser reported 4 kinds of damage that I have no idea where they are coming from:
Cursed Assault
Burning Assault
Cursed Tempest
Burning Tempest

The last 2 were providing 25% of my damage output, so I'm curious about their source. Any ideas?

Thanks. I eventually figured this out, though why they don't why the types of damage don't obviously connect to the relevant powers is odd. Also, neither lunge apparently did any damage. Is that normal?

The lunges do deal damage, but the pets only use that attack to close distance with an enemy. Against a stationary test dummy, you'll likely see 0 or 1 lunge hit per pet summoning.
