With a high INT and high rank slotted mod to add to power recharge how quick of a recharge can you get on Mini Drive W/ Reciprocating Gizmo? Back when the player Pulsewave used to play he had a might growth build called Genome that with a high enough INT and gear you could almost get a continuous loop of the gizmo keeping you huge sized. Is that still possible?

    Cooldown reduction isn't that good anymore.
    You would have to throw in Aura of Arcane Clarity, too.

    You may want to test Recovery primary for the Second Wind spec for that
