Villain Mission: Forty Cakes!

For next year's anniversary, that shady guy in Westside who sounds a lot like Teleios gives you a cake theft ray (shoot someone, and it transfers cakes from their inventory to yours). Using it makes you vulnerable to other players for fifteen seconds. When you've stolen forty cakes, return to Not-Teleios and hand them in for Villain Tokens, the perk "And That's Terrible" and the title "Terrible".
